The hotel is situated very close to the Metro station, so great for getting around and exploring Hong Kong. Close to the water, with some nice views. If you like shopping or want to find a quick place to eat, the Nina Mall (1 and 2) are are pretty much attached to the Hotel. There is also a little park for the kids nearby. The bed was very comfortable.. And extra bonus points for the staff at the check in counter who made it possible for me to check in early after I arrived from Europe on a 6am flight.
My room felt somewhat outdated. Not in a bad way, but it just didn't feel very modern. The reception counters appear to move around. When I arrived it was on the 41st floor. When I wanted to check out it was on the ground floor. Just a little confusing, really. Snd, there is no comfy bar where you can just sit and sip a drink. A bit of a lost opportunity for a building with such great views

I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently connected to a shopping mall, making it easy to access a variety of restaurants, shops, and services without having to travel far.
There are plenty of dining options in the area, ranging from local eateries to international restaurants. I also appreciated the nearby supermarket, which was very convenient for buying snacks, drinks, and other essentials. In addition to the connected mall, there is another shopping mall within walking distance, giving guests even more choices for shopping and dining.
The location is excellent, the area is lively yet comfortable, and the hotel served as a great base for exploring Hong Kong. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit
during our stay the hotel in under going renovation, the gym is closed.

Room ok
pillows old and no shape not enough plug sockets and none in bathroom.
Cleaners did not clean under cupboards replace missing glasswhich actually they left in the bathroom un touched.
Water filter no water! No info re breakfast or where.
No attention to detail and conserve need to smile at all time instead of sour faces under their masks
