Fantastic location just off the motorway, underground safe parking, the comfiest bed ever! Amazing breakfast
Property was great, my only gripe is that I was double charged on my stay despite me informing staff I paid the day before, they still charged my card without my knowledge the day I left, after promising they wouldn’t. Had to sort it out with credit card company, which was done quickly luckily. Just put a little downer on the trip.

Location and cleanliness were very good, as was the staff experience and the general quality of the room
Fitness center could be better equiped, a rowing machine would be ideal but otherwise it was better than most german hotels

Its close proximity to the westfalenhalle is very nice.
the beds were awful. the rooms were way too hot.
