The location is the best part, very central and safe, the staff(and Flora the dog) were very friendly, the single suite apartment was spacious enough, clean and comfortable, the kitchen had everything
The hotel interior was a bit old fashioned and hauntingđ elevator was quite old, although the kitchen was perfect but there was nothing edible in the room( like tea, coffee, sugar, salt,âŠ), these are things tourist donât go buy.
The breakfast fee is a bit high in my opinion.
They didnât have toothbrush set in the room, but provided once I asked

You have to pay for early check in even if a room is available and for using the sauna.

Standard Deluxe room is nice
I was originally in a standard room but complained about quality and also due to issues with a guest and I was immediately moved to a new room
staff were excellent after issues with guest dog barking at 1am, woke up several guests, night porter contacted the guest and seemed he was asleep in his room and was then angry about being woken up and was aggressive to me and night porter.. I was then able to move room
Standard room is not up to scratch and glad I was able to move after first night and had a much better experience in the standard deluxe room
