Amazing hotel, staff was very helpful. Loved that I was able to make some sandwiches for the day. Location was good, tram stop right next to hotel or just walking was fine as well. Will visit again!

There's parking on location, the staff were friendly & accommodating, smooth check-in/out, family friendly hotel, they have play area, cinema, pool and programs for small ones. Excellent breakfast options + amazing barista, coffe's great! The rooms are spacious and modern. Tram just in front and close to attractions/restaurants.
Nothing, we enjoyed our stay that we will recommend it to our friends.

This hotel is very well organised and run. The staff are excellent and we had a wonderful family stay. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Lots of lovely details such as children’s gowns slippers and toiletries. Lovely pool area with loungers. Lots of seating areas whilst waiting for taxis or to have a drink. Breakfast was amazing so much choice. Love the fact there’s a sandwich making table outside the breakfast so you can make a pic nic fit your day out. On our last day we left too early to get breakfast but the hotel provided us all with a packed breakfast which was so useful.
Lifts were quite slow - but really this isn’t a major issue
