Best part of the hotel was it was in a quiet room and great location. The breakfast provided many options and the kitchen staff was very attentive. Front desk staff were excellent as well.
The bedroom was tight. The dressing area provided relief.p

Nice and central location that was easy to get everywhere in Prague, clean rooms, AC that worked well despite the epic heat wave. Small fridge was nice to have as well, plus in room coffee / tea.
Bed was excessively soft which hurt my back, had a very thick and plush top on it.

Location. Right next to trams and to the river. Quiet street.
When I went to the reception to ask for an extra pillow, they couldn't give me one because they didn't have the key to the storage room. Whoever had it had left at 5pm. Also, very uncomfortable mattress.
