Location very close to termini, many resto closed by to eat. Safe area and reception staff was nice.
There's an awful smell coming from the toilet drainage and cigaret It was very noisy esp. in the morning. The bed was not really comfortable. Very small lift can't barely fit big luggage. Its not sound proof- you can hear the noise from other rooms.

Location was great close to Termini but away from noicy traffic, room was neat, shower worked well, the room did not have any smell and windows kept the noice out. Basicly everything you need from a hotel room to sleep.
The room had everything they said it would, but nothing extra. So no fridge, safety deposit or electric kettle.
