Staff – super nice people, very responsive, gave us many tips where to go and how to get there. Let us check-in early and was helpful overall.
The wifi and phone signal were spotty – we were told there was a technical issue on the side of the telecommunication company due to extreme summer heat.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the location near Termini was very convenient, and the staff were kind and helpful. Communication before arrival was also very clear, which made everything easy.

Great value, excellent location within a few minutes walk from the termini where you can take public transit all over the city, and near tons of restaurants. Staff was helpful and gave detailed recommendations for sites both on and off the traditional tourist trail. Comfortable accommodation with AC, I would stay here again.
