Excellent location, very close to the Termini. The staff was very polite and was very happy to respond to all my messages and requests. Clean rooms and easy check in and check out procedures. Will be more than happy to stay again.

I haven't seen such customer care in a hotel in a very long time and I do travel a lot! This was an absolutely exceptional experience, so lovely to meet such dedicated staff, I mean a REAL receptionist (not a key box!) who gave us great tips about the city, how to plan our itinerary effectively, he actively asked us if we are happy with our stay and their service, offered to store our luggage after check-out. It was super clean, well equipped (fridge, kettle), in an old house with very Roman charm and the neighbourhood is great with very good restaurants and cafés nearby + Termini (which also feels super safe) just around the corner. Walkable distance to the city centre and still peaceful and rather quiet. If I ever go to Rome again, this is my only option to stay!

It’s walking distance to train station and bus stops
The gate was closed for certain hours, which I think normal in Rome?

The small hotel is as good as the reviews state it to be -- that is, excellent. Our triple room was sufficiently large and airy. Windows open to inner courtyards, no outside noises. There was enough light and air coming in, and also blinds that could block it if necessary. We did not use AC in October, the temperature was OK without it. Wifi generally worked. Very friendly staff on-site during the day. Cleaned daily. Hotel-quality beds, nice classic decoration, large bathroom. Instant coffee & water bottles refilled daily. Kettle was OK, fridge was small and not very cold, but good enough for breakfast. Safe location close to Termini.
The only shortcoming was the lack of a few suitcase racks, there was literally nowhere to put the suitcases.
