The room was clean and the staff very personable.
The power outlets, especially for the refrigerator and coffee had to be switched over to us. Could not use both at the same time.

Good location, and good for the price. If you are looking for something reasonable in Rome to sleep it is a great option. I was nervous seeing the bad reviews but now that I stayed it I would definitely return.
