Staff were absolutely excellent - very friendly service from everyone I encountered. I checked in late and the team were very quick to meet me at reception, I was kindly given an adapter when I brought the wrong one with me and I was able to easily store my luggage on the last day.
Breakfast was great - served to your door with really tasty pastries and other continental bits.
Less than 5 minute walk to station with good restaurants nearby and not too noisy outside (only if other guests are)
Kettle as well is nice addition
Overall, really nice stay for going out and exploring the city!
- Bedding could do with an upgrade - the grey overthrow in my room had some unpleasant marks on which were immediately noticeable when I arrived (I ended up packing it away into the wardrobe) A new blanket / duvet cover would be appreciated
- Can easily hear into the hallway so whilst I was pretty lucky with the other guests and also up early myself, I’d advise it could be noisy if hotel stayers come back late or leave early

The hotel was on a nice location, very close to Termini station, which connects you to the city. The room was more than necessary for a couple. The breakfast was very good and the thing that we liked the most was that they serve it to the room, which is a nice gesture by the hotel.
Maybe the hotel should consider having one-time slippers. It would be great for next time.

It was clean.
The toilet cistern was very slow to be refilled and the air conditioning was not able to keep a stable temperature in the room.
