We stayed for one night while travelling and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a beautiful location, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good.
Nothing in particular. It was a very good choice for an overnight stop.

Got upgraded to a Junior suite room.
Excellent views of mountains and surroundings
Shower over bath. little awkward to get in and out.
Very poor or complete lack of fire procedures. Fire alarm went off several times in middle of one night and it was barely audible in the bedroom.
When I went downstairs to investigate I met a kitchen operative who assured me not to worry there is no fire!!
At check out I mentioned this to the staff member at the desk and was met with what amounted to a shrug of his shoulders.
Potentially very dangerous.

We stayed for a night during our road trip to Italy. Very convenient location and nice clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and cooperative
The breakfast was very basic for a 4 star, need more choice if you don’t eat pork or for vegetarians. Cheese and pork were in the same plate. All the items should be kept separate for dietary needs of the guests.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. A bit out of the way, not much in the area and not the sort of area you would want to hang about in.
Booked this hotel for the wellness centre and gym. But along with the resturant was closed on a Sunday
