Breakfast and all facilities. Room was clean and nice
Separation of terrace on the second floor - no real privacy. Bit noisy aircon - could not make it work on low rpm

It’s a very modern and comfortable hotel, ideal for a short stopover or longer stay in Trento, surrounded by beautiful mountains.
The location is a bit off and difficult to find the right entrance.

Reception staff were polite, welcoming and clear in their communication. The breakfast team was equally attentive and courteous throughout our stay.
Access to the lift was difficult during busy times. The breakfast offering felt rather standard despite the courteous staff, and overall comfort was just acceptable. The WiFi connection was the main weak point.
