had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly. Overall, I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience
The breakfast was average. There was a reasonable selection, but I feel adding a few more items and offering more variety would make the breakfast experience much better

It's a stunning place spacious and surrounded by natural beauty way up in the hills of Tuscany!
It's very much a remote location and it seems like a bit of a ghost town! Hardly any staff. I dont know if it was just a low season, but it literally felt like no one was there. The Service is so minimal that it's practically like booking a huge gorgeous air b&b! No staffing hardly. No service apart from the cleaners in the morning and breakfast staff. If your lucky you may get some attention at lunch time around the pool area restaurant but don't expect much. No room service no spa staff, unmanned reception a lot of the time.
