Room size was great and AC was amazing. Very easy to get to from palma with regular buses so worked well with our itinerary.
the door lock on the room we were given was broken but the reception were great in giving us a new room which was more spacious too. the bathroom was a little cramped and one of our towels on the first day seemed discoloured so that was slightly off putting but these were changed the next day.

The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was excellent, with strong water pressure. The receptionist and all the hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
However, the room was not as clean as expected, as there was quite a bit of hair left behind.
I only had breakfast once during my stay, but it was decent.
The location is a little far from the nightlife, although this wasn't an issue for us since we had a car. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money. One thing to be aware of is that the hotel's parking is not free—it costs €11 per day, which I wasn't aware of.
There was quite a lot of hair in the room, and some of the furniture had stains that could have been easily wiped clean.
