In general , the property is very nice. Shower is very good, bed is comfortable and everything was cleaned. Stuff is very helpful, spa is also good and food at restaurant is amazing. Hotel is great and big, with shared spaces very comfy.
Don’t book because of the size of swimming pool at the picture, is a little disappointed. The real one is much smaller than it shows at the picture, but still ok. Location is a bit far away from the city Center but less than 10min by car.

Location
Paid for breakfast and on the last day had to leave before breakfast and was told we would get a picnic when I asked they said no so paid for breakfast and got nothing. 😡😡 Not happy.

The property was beautifully presented & loved having a balcony overlooking the grounds
The room had everything I needed & could enjoyed having international stations on the TV. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices from a buffet style serving.
The young man who checked me in, my apologies for forgetting his name, provided me with excellent customer service & a credit to his employer. Well done & thank you!

Was clean
Pool was not open on a 35C day. When we asked to just sit in a lounge chair on the deck we were told very rudely that everything is closed.
