Vicinity to the beautiful beaches and Old Town of Chania

The hosts were incredibly warm, charming and welcoming — they truly made our stay special. The location is excellent, close to the beaches and everything you need, and the accommodation has everything for a comfortable stay.

Hospitality of this family hotel owners and their stuff was simply great! Not sure how it could be better.
Check-in (we did in middle of the night because of our night flight), check-out was very fast.
Location of the hotel is perfect: 4 beautiful beaches are in "reach by foot" distance, BUS stops that drives to city and back are 20m far, and BUS stop that tour agencies use to pick you up are 50m far from hotel. Also, 2 of the biggest supermarkets are next to the hotel, where you can buy everything, including fresh prepared meals.
3 great restaurants are just across the street.
Pool & bar are looking nice, and everything is so very clean!
There are some issues that I would like to mention: old furniture, very small bathroom, etc., but that are all minor things, that can not ruin all what is good.
I always give review based on the Hotel rank, price, etc. Can not expect that everything must be as in 5* hotels, of course.
