Mały, czysty hotel w świetnej lokalizacji - 5 minut spacerkiem do plaży, okolica cicha i spokojna, restauracje i sklepy po sąsiedzku. Fajny basen. Świetne śniadania i super personel

Amazing friendly staff! Georgia the cleaner was so kind and helpful and friendly to us from the start, nothing was too much trouble, apartment including floors were cleaned daily. Georgia went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and everything was so clean.
Best place we stayed in the area! Our ‘semi basement’ (basically ground floor) apartment was absolutely MASSIVE! The pool area is immaculate and the pool has a special cleaning/filling system keeping the water So clean and cold and fresh; very healthy.
It was nice and quiet round the pool when we were there in October, perfect for couples or older people.
I think the Agioi Apostoli area is definitely more suited to couples/adults. Platanias is a resort further along the coast that’s better for families/kids.
We didn’t have the breakfast at our hotel but I did buy some food from the brunch menu which was absolutely delicious and plentiful, the cook is also such a lovely lady, and the smoothies are delicious also!
Christina on reception is so lovely and helpful and friendly also, as is Yannis (?) the man. Perfect location also close to beach, restaurants, supermarkets, main road & bus to Chania. We will be back!
WiFi/phone signal in our room (106) was fairly non existent but we didn’t care, it’s good in the pool area.
A smart TV would have been a nice addition so we could have maybe watched Netflix or something in the room, it was only a terrestrial (old style) tv with local channels, but it wasn’t a big issue really for us as we were out a lot.

Staff was very friendly and introduced themselves. The breakfast was generous, pool was clean and rooms were cleaned daily. Having a kitchenette was very convenient. Great location, about a 40minute walk along the beach to Chania old town, or an easy quick bus ride away, yet surrounded by great restaurants, some large grocery stores and beaches better than the ones near old town.
