The property is beautiful. The view stunning. The people working there just amazing! The garden restaurant gorgeous and good food!
Airco so loud but so necessary. The house we stayed in was nice but just a bit worn down and for that kind of money you need to have a silent airco and slightly more modern electrics etc. The mosquitoes are too much. There is too little to do, especially for kids.

We were a family of 5 and loved the entire experience. The attention and responsiveness of all staff and management was extraordinary. Everything we asked for was taken care of immediately. The hotel accommodation and facilities were great as was the food and the experiences.

Everything was excellent! A top level experience from the very first moment. The nature, the resort design and villa styles, the villa pool and outdoor areas, the infinity pool with gorgeous views, food quality, sustainability, our GEM, Fon, who was incredible, the spa. No words can describe our satisfaction. We will be back!

Location of the hotel, spa, breakfast
I am visiting the hotel since 2010 and I was always looking to come back. Not at this time. Sense of detail and location made this place unique. With the new ownership sense of detail disappear.
