The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and waitress at breakfast was superb. Location is good. TV was of a good size and standard.

The receptionist on arrival was sullen. we could hardly hear her. We were on 6th floor, and only one of the two lifts worked, and that one wasn't reliable. On entering the room there was a strong smell of bleach. We returned from a show about 9-15 at night, hoping to have a drink in the bar but it was closed.
