On arrival to my room it smelt of cannabis and had tried to be disguises with air freashener. The corridor were full of dehumidiers and smelt very damp.
I called down to reception to advise of the smell in the room. The receptionist came up and agreed and said that she would move me. Then a second gentleman came up and asked what the problem was (not great) having to explain again. I was moves quickly and as compensation they offered complimentary parking.
