Location was great, if you are an early or light sleeper it is near a busy-ish road which obviously there will be some noise but I barely noticed it. The staff were incredibly lovely.

Good location
Noise , from the bars across the road but we knew that when booking so not hotels fault .
However we had 2 rooms and my son age 9 wanted to be with us so his towel come into us the cleaner must have picked up his towel in with ours as each room gets 2 towels each and never replaced it and we had our own beach towels at check out they charged us 500baht saying we have to pay as we are a towel missing
Moral of the story be towel aware
The lady who does the tourist hut outside the hotel was sooo nice helpful

One member of staff was really nice and the location is great. Good shower pressure.
Beds are extremely uncomfortable, hotel is not clean at all. Facilities need throwing away and new ones bought. They offered us coffee in the lobby and the machine looked as though they had taken it out of the rubbish. Staff member upon check in was extremely rude.
