I had a comfortable stay in the hostel and was able to meet nice people. It had a swimming pool but I was so busy with tours that never had time to try it. The staff were also helpful every time I approached them.
I stayed for 5 nights however despite getting a new towel every day, my bedlinen was never changed. Maybe they only change it once a week.

Nice rooms with balcony, good location. Nice pool area although missing some long chairs.
Staff barely spoke English and the organisation and customer service was poor. They were an hour late to prepare our room for our check in and we had to wait with very little excuse. They didn't remember we had already paid for our laundry and asked for money twice. Front desk was often unattended. Bad smell coming from the toilet of the lobby area every day.
