I want to give a heartfelt shoutout to Nah for the genuine respect she shows to everyone around her. She listens carefully, treats people with kindness regardless of the situation, and always makes others feel valued and heard. That kind of respect is rare and speaks volumes about her character. The location is excellent, and the cleanliness is outstanding. The reception staff are incredibly helpful and possess exemplary manners
Every door opens with a key card, as does the elevator. There is no electric kettle, and the air conditioning is barely cool. I hope you accept this feedback, noting that this is my third visit to the hotel

The property was very close to everything, the staff were great and everything was very nice and clean. The room service was great and the room had an apartment vibe- cosy but not too small. The bathroom was nice too and I enjoyed my stay. There was also a burger spot right by the entrance of the hotel which was perfect.
I would suggest for the screen mirroring on the tv to be fixed or at least the option to put Netflix/streaming services on the tv.
