I’m a solo traveller, female in my 60,s. I found it very safe and easy to get around.

Friendly helpful staff. Bar and band were great. Good location

Meals were too big for one person. Maybe some options of smaller meals or entree size.

It’s Nigi Nigi Nice!

The location is perfect! Even though the live band and the bar outside are loud, the place that we booked is surprisingly quiet inside. It’s like a soundproof room which is really nice. They have a spacious shower room also 👌

The stairs to the upper room/loft area is very steep and kinda wobbly

the loft is not well maintained and termites are eating most of the wood structures causing dust drifting all around. At times there are fouls smells of rotten eggs. had to ventilate the room often.

Exceptional

The property is beach front but the villas are around the back in a forest/garden area. The best of both worlds. The room was also really quiet at night which was surprising as the bar is very popular.

Island Ambiance

Location was perfect! Just a few walking yards from the beach. I like the way the rooms are setup and decorated it gives you the true feeling of being in a tropical island. The price is unbelievably cheap!

The floor tend to get sandy but hey you are at the beach but at least they provided you with a broom.

nice bungalows but older style and clientele and in busy area of station 2

the bunglalows are nice, set amongst palm trees, traditional style, breakfast included daily which was good free use of beach towels

we had ants in bathroom but staff did clean upon request wifi only worked in some areas of rooms, better coverage in bar area at breakfast set on a very busy area of station 2, we did not like this area, lots of better quality accommodation for similar price in other areas of boracay this property has an older clientele, lots of 50+ men sitting alone in bar, would not recommend for younger travellers

Stayed here several times already. Location, breakfast, value for money, room size, the loft design (family room)

Could use some maintenance (bathroom door gets stuck, no hooks in bathroom, some lights were off), mosquitoes (do buy mosquito spray/repellent), it could get a bit noisy at night with the live band at the bar (but I didn’t really mind - the band was awesome)

Good Place to stay in borocay

Good location and staff are nice. Good room with very nice balcony. Good place to stay

The barman I paid for my meal on first day , hecdid not even give me my 40 pesos change. I know it was not a lot of money, but it was not his choice to keep my money for a tip. That was the last yip he got !!!! Never ate or drank in the restaurant after..

had a great time and a pleasant stay

The concept is unique in the area, rooms are big enough, huge balcony, quiet at night. What I like most is that the hotel has their own pub/restobar where band plays every night, everything within reach. beachfront property.. drinking water provided/delivered to you everyday. welcoming staff. It was a great stay. will definitely book here again

its not about dislike but a suggestion.. It would be great if they can provide UV light at the balcony for the mosquitos, it is so good to just chill there at night time. 😊

Started nice and ended in a nightmare

The place was clean, prices were reasonable and the area was quite nice. Southwest did the transport from Caticlan and they were amazing.

Security allowed/encouraged male and female prostitutes onto the property and a young boy was nearly sexualy assaulted. When the parents took it up with Security they were basically dismissed.

Rustic native vibe, relaxing and quiet rooms

Beach is directly in front of the hotel. Staff are welcoming and accommodating. Water available to wash sand off feet before entering rooms. Restaurant serves reasonably priced food. Walking distance to D'Mall

Mosquitoes but they're common everywhere really - best to get anti-mosquito lotion

Strange hotel name, strange experience!

The location (White Beach, Station Two) is fantastic! The concept of cottages is good. The food at the restaurant, despite certain menu items constantly unavailable, was delicious, the portions were adequate and filling. Both coconuts and tourists, were plentiful on the beach! There was a live band performing every night, and loud music playing from 6 pm until Midnight! NOT peaceful at all! The so called "Double Beds" are actually TWO slim TWIN mattresses joined together!

The top floor family room cottage had a window air conditioner, which was NOT adequately insulated. A HUGE gap allowed HOT air to enter the room, rendering the noisy AC unit utterly useless! The WiFi Router, shaped like a UFO Flying Saucer, was bolted to a wooden beam located OUTSIDE the cottage, in the porch! Terrible location for a WiFi Router. The signal is very, VERY weak! When I complained to the Front Desk about it, they called the Cable and Internet Service Provider to fix the problem. Two guys came and did absolutely NOTHING to relocate the router, to a vantage point INSIDE the cottage! The lady at the front desk said to me : "You're the ONLY ONE who complains about the slow WiFi speed!" Such an insensitive remark! They never bothered to fix the problem! On the eve of our departure, we requested a sit down or takeaway breakfast. She said :" It's NOT possible!" She then agreed to provide us with breakfast at 6 30 am, on Tuesday 14 th JUNE 2022.
