Remote and quiet with a private beach. Large Clean rooms and several dining options on site. All the staff from the concierge to maintenance crew were very friendly and greeted us every time we walked by.

Amazing resort with a private beach. Staff were helpful and the service was great. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
As the resort is located a 15 min drive away from Station 1 & 2 it would be helpful if they provided more frequent free shuttles. While it was appreciated thst there was a free shuttle service, the times available were limited and often fully booked. It would be far more helpful if the resort ran these throughout the day on the hour.

Breakfast was great - it had a wide selection of pastries, local dishes, continental breakfast and coffees. Beach access was great as there was not many people around. Private boat transfers to get in and out was convenient. Staff were incredibly friendly and tried to be helpful when they can. Comfortable beds and pillows. Duty Manager ensured the rest of our time was stress free and offered compensation for the inconvenience at our arrival. Chocolate hour was a nice touch to sample some sweet treats from 3-4pm daily. Entertainment in the evening was nice during the sunset.
Lack of communication and I felt scammed upon arrival. Check in was extremely late, and we were put into a mouldy room which I asked to be removed from as breathing the airconditioned air burned my lungs. New room wasn't provided until 10pm in the evening and I was told I was "upgraded" to an exact same room as the mouldy one except the upgraded room had a vent in the bathroom. I lost half a day waiting for them to relocate me but we spoke to the Duty Manager and he offered us bonuses at the resort as compensation with an apology.
I wish I didn't have to complain about the mouldy room, but they didn't have ventilation in the bathrooms so the moisture gets trapped inside the rooms and gets into the aircon unit. It's a building issue that was overlooked and sadly, the staff had to deal with disgruntled guests like me.
The shuttle bus service was limited and was booked out quickly so we had to fork out 300 PHP everytime we had to leave the resort.
Food and drinks were overpriced and martinis served in plastic "glasses" isn't really giving holiday vibes. The small details count if you're going to continue claiming you're a five star resort.
