I like that it was near all amenities and train station also all bus routes into local and London areas. The beds were very comfortable and very clean.Stafff were very helpful and respectful too. They have a nice cosy bar with great vegetarian vegan food.They have a good door code system too.i would definitely stay again. Meet some lovely people too.
I didn't like the fact there were two flights of stairs to bring your suit cases up too, would be nice to find a way to get a lift installed. ( Even if it takes 5 person's at a time!
The toilets were always kept clean but the mirrors in the bathroom an rooms were kept dirty. They need to invest in clean carpet in the hallways upstairs and and fix all the locks on the cage lockers placed under the beds. They need security at night by the bathroom toilet s as they are both mixed, to feel more safe.
, They need new curtains and fix the broken window brackets in my room( coming off the hinges).

Accessibility and the staff is great!
No bins in the foye or centre court where the microwave is located. Also no disposable cups for drinking water.
