Some areas of the hotel (carpets and stairwells) are in need of a deep clean or refresh. Skirtings and paintwork could do with touching up in some areas. Great staff and location, breakfast really good too!

All the staff were extremely helpful and we enjoyed our time at the hotel.

On arrival we checked in and were given the key card to our room. However it didn’t work so we had to go all the way back to reception and were then told that there was a glitch and none of the cards were working! A member of staff then accompanied us to back to our room to let us in. I know that isn’t their fault, but they could have told us when we arrived and accompanied us in the first place. I saw this happen with other people too. The card didn’t work the whole time we were there.
That was a shame because otherwise I would have scored this higher as the staff were friendly and the room was clean, quiet and comfortable.
