Location is perfect. Room is lovely. Even got the fire lit. Breakfast was excellent and delivered exactly when requested.

The property was centrally located and the junior suite was very comfortable. Good value for money.
The location is slightly hidden being upper floors between two shops. Whilst understand the remote booking in makes it easier in some aspects it’s a little strange.

The luxurious suite. Plus, in addition to the usual tea, coffee and biscuits we also had a small bottle each of red and white wine and a chunk of Cheddar with oatcakes.
The breakfast was delivered to our room which was very nice but it meant that the bacon was starting to get cold while we had our cereal. This is unavoidable as there is no dining room. But it was nonetheless enjoyable.

Large comfortable room.
Very abrupt “welcome” as we arrived on e-bikes in the rain. “You can’t leave those here”. Asked to move them, apparently as per an email …..that we had not received. Space to leave them was to rear of property in covered area.
Breakfast provided was not as ordered. One solitary dry piece of toast without the requested butter or jam.
