When one of our group was delayed on a train until 4:30am, the staff was very kind and prepared a bento and offered to pick us up in the middle of the night at the station.
Calling our room early in the morning to check on us.

The sounds of nature outside the window at night, and the perfect location right next to all of the temples.

Beautiful location with a view. Loved the onsen. Kaiseki meals were incredible

The staff were very helpful.
I didn’t have WiFi in my room, even after they tried to fix it. The onsen is small and closed during the day.
