The breakfast was wonderful. A large variety of ot and cold foods including fruit.
The bed was firm. The rooms compact but to be expected in Japan. The room was near the elevator, where other travellers, unfortunately were not considerate of noise waiting for lifts and this awoke us very late and very early morning.

The hotel location is convenient, close to Shinjuku station and lots of fun activities at night.
The hotel rooms have some kind of sewage smell in the bathroom regardless they look clean and they clean the room everyday for us. We even smell it in the hallway and around Shinjuku on the street.
