Classic Thai style report, with plenty of details and good layout. The swimming is very nice and kept clean despite the constant challenge from flowers and trees surrounding. The breakfast is second to none for resort of this size, homemade products and main items cooked on request not boiling in a buffet table. The resort had no issues with noise inside or outside in the evening and nights, very good.
Maintenance work are long overdue and not limited to smaller things. We have booked the expensive option with a pool villa, just to find unique feature of a a pool facing villa - the terrace - containing rotten wooden planks. Maybe specific to our villa, but mosquito was a big problem inside and outside. WiFi is another point, connecting to wasn't a problem - but it was dropping connection on a device randomly and frequently, which we understood from other guest was a common problem. It was report to the reception, without improvement.

The garden by the pool.
Nice breakfast with thai options
The room was a bit outdated and needs some maintenance.
The location is remote and poor, 20 mins walk from the beach or shopping mall.
Hot water in the shower stopped every few minutes, very annoying.
