Beautiful resort, amazing staff, very clean, comfortable bed, great pool and directly on the beach. Breakfast was a nice variety, not amazing, but nice. Rooms are impeccable clean. The staff even put a shade cover over our car, which was very thoughtful 🙏🏽
The people staying above us were very inconsiderate about the noise they made, which was the only thing we didn’t like

Friendly staff, great location. The stay was exceptional.

STAFF WERE EXCEPTIONAL !!!!
We have stayed in many hotels and lived in Thailand for 7yrs in the past.
Genuinely friendly and helpful.
Cannot praise them highly enough.

The breakfast was pretty good with something for everyone.
Although it baffles me how any professional kitchen can't cook an omelette to your liking. 🤷♂️
But that's just a small gripe.
Not as clean as we would have liked.
The smell in the bathroom was not very pleasant.
We stayed for 5 nights. 4 of those five nights we had to ask for hot water.
Not acceptable!
I would like to add that we heard nothing from anyone else staying there with the same problem .This is a fair and honest review !
Also Something to consider. We had a small outside area with a jacuzzi pool. However. The vegetation was so overgrown and with a canopy over the pool meant no sun AT ALL ! for the whole of our stay. The jacuzzi was so cold it was unusable.
The huge condos on either side of the hotel pool blocked any sun by midday.
If you are going over the Christmas and new year period it's high tide so there is no "private beach"(which isn't private) a morning stroll along a beach is a major factor in my holiday's.
So. I would like to have listed more positives in this review. But in truth there just aren't any.
Overall. Disappointing!
