The staff were exceptional. They were extremely attentive, polite with great eye for detail. Tidah was amazing from the minute we arrived and the two massage ladies Apple and A were perfect for my wife and I. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this resort! The entire concept is centered around lush greenery, with an abundance of plants replacing concrete structures, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The housekeeping service was excellent, with rooms cleaned twice a day—once in the morning and again in the evening for a thoughtful turndown service. This extra attention to detail made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. What impressed us even more was the exceptional hospitality. Every staff member, including the security guards and gardeners, was patient, friendly, polite, and highly professional. Their warm service made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was another highlight of our stay. There was a great variety of dishes, and every meal was beautifully presented, delicious, and full of flavor. The attention to both presentation and taste made the dining experience truly memorable. Breakfast was served à la carte with unlimited ordering instead of the traditional buffet. We really appreciated this concept, as guests could enjoy freshly prepared dishes while ordering only what they wanted. It was a great way to reduce food waste without compromising on variety or quality. The restaurant also surprised us with a complimentary beautifully presented dessert to celebrate our special occasion. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable and truly appreciated. The spa experience was truly unique. We enjoyed our massage in a treatment room with a beautiful glass roof and large windows, allowing us to relax while taking in the surrounding greenery and natural light. It created a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere. The resort also offers a variety of wellness activities led by professional trainers, making it easy to stay active and refreshed throughout your stay. We would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway surrounded by nature.

The only area for improvement would be the swimming pool. The water was not as clean as we had expected. It would be even better if the pool could be cleaned and maintained more frequently to provide a more enjoyable experience for guests.

Even though some nearby building work was generally peaceful and quiet resort. Building work near its end and hotel compensated with some complimentary drinks and subsidies. The swim up rooms are a real treat.
