Great breakfast, great fitness centre.
Staff really helpful and courteous always willing to help and give advice.
Pool was fantastic with many places available to relax, the gardens were beautifully maintained.
Internet speed was very slow and would continually drop.
Poor selection of TV channels available

An excellent experience from the start - the staff team are incredibly helpful, polite, friendly and courteous - Ping Ping was the person who dealt with our arrival and check-in so professionally and pleasantly, making sure our granddaughter felt welcomed and special- any subsequent query was met with swift enthusiasm and full assistance- really impressive. A fantastic pool, excellent breakfast and overall, just a wonder stay for a family as well as couples

big room.. Value for money
some of the staff were rude to my friends which I don't know why. the toilet's sliding room door is heavy.. need some maintenance work here
