Location, food was decent, some of the staff really like their work and performed it to the best of their ability.
Guest like to leave food plates on the pool chairs, one member of the staff showed up but only collected plastic cups, if they had carts one person could collect everything and have a small broom and dust pan to really babysit guest that had one drink too many.
