Despite the major issues, I want to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Mostafa, Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Osama, Mr. Eslam and Mr. Kirolos. Their outstanding hospitality and professionalism were the only bright spots of the trip; without them, the experience would have been completely terrible. I also really enjoyed the overall vibe of the place, the music playing throughout the day, and the politeness of many of the front-line staff members who truly tried their best. I
I had a terrible experience here. Manager Abd El Hamid was shockingly rude and unprofessional. The hotel’s hygiene is highly questionable—our room linens weren't changed for 5 days straight. On top of that, the AC was broken for 3 days (even after reporting it), and the rooms were filled with mosquitos at night.
To make matters worse, the room service staff isn't synced with the reception; they treated us like time-share guests even though we booked a regular full-board stay. The food has zero variety, and frequently some items are not refilled at the buffet once they run out, especially at breakfast. The pool was too dirty, glasses at the bar are not properly cleaned very discusting, Definitely a lot to improve there...
