The room was stunning with a beautiful ocean view. The food was great! The snorkelling was amazing and the swimming pool was very nice.
The fruit juices could be better.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and efficient; the food was excellent and varied, and everything was very well organised. There is music at the beach restaurant every evening, and when there are enough guests in the mood for dancing and having fun, it can be a really enjoyable way to spend the evening.
The only thing that could be improved is the arrangement of the shaded areas around the pool and beach. The parasols are fixed in place, while the sunbeds are quite heavy and difficult to move. In addition, the privacy screens around the sunbeds make it difficult to move them even when you need to escape the sun as it changes position during the day. As a result, at certain times it can be quite difficult to find a comfortable spot in the shade. Having some movable parasols or sunbeds, or simply more flexible shaded areas, would make a big difference.

The location is very good, the beach has a good spot for snorkelling.
The food is excellent, with very tasty menu every day.
Beach restaurant is an excellent place for having a tasty lunch while staying at the beach with no need to go to the main restaurant.
Room is new with new furniture and facilities, and very big.
Bars are good and their staff very helpful.
Reception, restaurants and room service staff were very helpful and smiling all time and response to any inquiry is fast
Booking needs to review the premium sea view room, as it is indeed premium but not sea view at all and far from sea and main building as it is in the new building (7000 building).
Also the landscape around the new building needs more attention as we have to walk in the dirt road to reach the main building
But it is a minor problem that didn't set us back from enjoying the stay in the resort, as we enjoyed the room facilities more than the need to enjoy the view from it.
But the hotel needs to fix the description and photos to avoid any future hassle

Biulding rooms 7000 is far away from everyrthing .. it is likely to not be part of the hotel
