Breakfast buffet selection was extensive. I would have enjoyed a little more fresh fruit (the only offering was orange segments). We had to pay daily for breakfast as it was not included in our room booking - I would have selected 'breakfast included' when booking, but that option was not available at the time.
Location was perfect for tourists.
No complaints at all. Staff were welcoming and pleasant.

The location was good with easy access to some places of interest.
The car park had low clearance, and we had to park in one of the nearby carparks. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was expensive

Spacious room. Close to the train station. Got to see Mt Fuji. Great little neighborhood. Deserts at the table were great. Door man was on point!
Bed was a little hard for our liking but not terrible. Wanted to stay 2 more nights but sold out... not their fault. no real complaints.

The hotel is a short walk to the train station and shops. The staff were friendly.
The hotel is quite dated, and the rooms and public areas could certainly do with refurbishment.
