Very clean and location was great. Room was large size
It didn’t have the black chair swing as shown in the pictures. Could hear the fitness group downstairs at night

We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was incredible — huge, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean and even better than we expected. The living area was amazing, especially the projector, and it was wonderful having so much space to relax after a long day exploring.
The bathroom deserves a special mention — the bath was absolutely gorgeous, incredibly deep and the perfect place to soak after miles of walking! The toiletries provided were beautiful too and felt really luxurious. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole apartment had so many thoughtful little touches.
It genuinely felt like a home away from home and was one of our favourite places we stayed during our time in Japan. We were genuinely sad to leave and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Absolutely amazing! ❤️🇯🇵

Worst experience ever, didn't expect this in Japan.
Folks the official hotel address, the convenient central to everything location is an office for check in only!! Once check in, the staff will inform you the actual place to stay was few blocks 5-10min walks away. We were lucky to have a rented car. Would be a nightmare if we had an elderly or baby, and many luggages to carry ....
We were 2 families travelling together and we were assigned to stay at 2 different locations, 10min drive away!! All the plans for our kids to stay up late to shop (Don Quijote) and supper at Ichiran Ramen were ruined.
Super disappointed.
