Location, clear instructions to arrive and check-in after office hours.
It’s not that I don’t like it, but I would have appreciated a bit more light on the apartment

Excellent hospitality. The room was kept ready before we checked in. Located in close proximity to Madrid Atocha railway station and tourist attractions. Smooth check in process with available storage options. Spacious rooms with all amenities which made our stay comfortable. Had a wonderful experience 10 on 10.
Don't remember anything specific.

Location was close to train station
Walls were thin, traffic outside was very loud, and curtains didn’t block the light
