Great location, good size space and very clean
The access via the app on entry was painful. Some of the chairs in the dining area were broken. No privacy curtains in two of the bedrooms.
WhatsApp comms is a great idea but they were not particularly responsive. I had no hot water on the first morning and the response felt like an automation in Spanish. I had to play with the boiler myself in the end.
I also booked and paid for an early checkin only to be told on the day it had been declined. 3hrs in Madrid with luggage is no fun.

estaba muy bien ubicado, el departamento es precioso, la entrada al edificio deja mucho que desear, pero todo se olvida al ingresar al departamento, el sistema de enfriamiento provocaba constante humedad en el suelo de uno de los baños

Nos quedamos cortos de palabras para expresar nuestro sincero agradecimiento por la excelente atención recibida durante nuestra estadía. En especial, queremos destacar la dedicación y disposición de Emilio , quien siempre estuvo atento y dispuesto a colaborarnos en todo momento. Su apoyo hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera mucho más agradable y cómoda, y por ello les reiteramos nuestro reconocimiento y gratitud.

Spacieux , calme, salles de bains pour chaque chambre. Proche des musées
Une communication uniquement par mail (robot) pas de personne à l’accueil .
Si l’appartement était propre, il souffrait d’Un manque d’entretien (fauteuil troué , chaises cassées ,trace d’humidité sur les meubles ou murs et surtout un e odeur d’égouts dan s deux des salles de bains ), ce qui détonait avec les exigences du document à signer pour accéder à l’appartement.Par ailleurs , une affiche (voir photo) dans l’entrée précisait que la location d’appartements à des fins touristiques n’était pas autorisée. Ceci explique probablement l’absence d’affichage signalant l’appartement ( boîte aux lettres) et probablement le mode de communication exclusivement numérique.
