對外交通便利，附近生活機能也好；室內有對外窗，不但可以把陽光引入室內，又有隔音效果，所以感覺蠻好的；冷氣吹起來舒服，也另有除溼機，需要飲用水也可以去公共區域領取瓶裝水，挺方便的。

2. 房間正中有一個結構柱，動線上有一點點的不方便，但想到這個價格，我也就不太強求，反正繞一下就好。
