Everything was awesome.
We were warned about the sound proof.
There were neighbours next to us that did not know how to close a door. Alot of slamming the door all night. Meaning going in and out from room to room. They occupied 2 roo.s next to wach other.
The only suggestion i have is to get the door stoppers....when entering and exiting the door would close on its own.
The rest concerning the staff and the facility was excellent. Loved stayig there. Will be a definite YES to stay.

Location is unbeatable for the price. The hotel is right in Phuket Old Town, at a walking distance to the Sunday night street market and major Old Town attractions and restaurants. They also offer complimentary coffee, fruits and biscuits through the afternoon. Plus the rooms are clean and spacious for the price you pay and the hotel's location.
Hallways can turn a tad noisy at night with the room doors not sealing properly, though nothing dramatic.

The location was great! Facilities were good value for money. The house keeping ladies were lovely.
The lobby staff very rude and very unfriendly. They were always on their phones.
