We were made very welcome. The food was good but the service by Emma was exceptional. She really looked after us at lunch and then for supper after our Safari at Knepp Estate. Emma was great.

The continental breakfast option was welcome - we could tailor our meal to our own preferences and set ourselves up for the day ahead.
Although we hadn't included dinner as part of the original booking, we did have dinner the first night and were very pleased with it!

Nice view from window. Food good.
The bedroom. Small, cramped, sloping floor in the bathroom and passage.
Could easily slip in bathroom.
Black mould around shower and bath.
Toilet seat loose and dangerous.
Shower soap dispenser broken.
Shower handle didn’t fit in holder.
No air con. Room boiling. No coffee or tea in room just two sachets of drinking chocolate. Breakfast in the morning was poor for price of room.
Would’ve thought a cooked breakfast would be provided instead of limited continental.
Breakfast room cramped and tiny. Only be or two people at a time could serve themselves.
