My only complain is the non primary bedroom beds are very uncomfortable.

The place is very comfortable. Easy to get to our floor with the luggage. It has only a few steps on stairs to get to the elevator. A/C worked well. Washer was very convenient and hung clothes to dry overnight. Only issue with water heater the last day. We thought we had used up the hot water but when we got back at night, it still wasn’t working. Tried resetting per instructions provided but still didn’t work and it was late at night so we couldn’t get someone over to help. The location is great. Metro stop right on the corner by the apartment. Lots of restaurants, cafes and shops walking distance nearby.

Iryna met us at the apartment to welcome us and give us all the information we would need with regarding the apartment. She was very helpful and also gave us information we needed to know about for our visit to Rome. The apartment was cozy, clean and very nice to come back to at the end of a busy day. Vicky also checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going fine with regard to the apartment. We appreciated that. The apartment is located in a very convenient area, close to all the we wanted to see. We highly recommend this property. Thank you.
