We were worried having read some recent reviews but I cannot fault the contact with the young lady who let us into the property even though our flight was badly delayed and we didn’t arrive until well past midnight she responded straight away and came down to meet us within moments. The two bedroomed apartments was clean and comfortable- yes a tad tired but it exceeded our expectations. Tea, coffee, milk and sweet treats provided.
The location is fantastic in the centre of Stirling but with that comes you get noise from the street - pub and club kicking out is rather rowdy so take good earplugs! And it’s such a shame the bar and restaurant is shut but plenty of options on your doorstep.

Ideal local!
Five minute walk to railway station,Albert Halls.
Ten minute walk to the castle.
Good bars nearby.
Minor gripe,but unable to store bags to cater for an early arrival.

The room was nice. Beds were comfy and they provided extra pillows, towels and bed linen. The bedroom decor was lovely and the room was quite spacious. There were some lovely boutique touches. The tunnocks snowball was a cute touch along with a variety of teas and instant coffee sachets.
Location is great as you're in the centre of the town between the old and new part. There is a well lit public carpark about 5 mins walk away that charges £3.50 for 24 hours. It's also a five min walk from the train station.
The room was at the top of the building up stairs so this was fine with us but might prove difficult for those with physical restrictions. They do warn you about this when you book so I was aware and was ok with that.
The bathroom door was a sheet of some sort of wood on loud rollers so it was noisy to open & close which woke both of us each time the other went to the loo in the night. The water pressure in the shower was good but the water collected in the shower basin and there was black stains on the sealant. It felt extremely clean though.
It's more like an airbnb , there was someone to book us in but the building is not hosted apart from that and you just leave your key in the room and pull the door behind you. Again not a problem if you're aware but if you prefer a hotel experience there are options nearby.
This is a general hotel quibble but why do places charge more for a twin than a double bed? Still 2 people and same service offered to both after all.
