location was great for all facilities and shopping.
The staff were excellent and very friendly they couldn't help enough.
Having reception on the top floor was a problem when the only lift was busy.
Leaving through the basement garage was a bit of a problem when it was raining.

Spacious rooms, attentive service
Towels are threadbare, you had to wait over 10 minutes for hot water, the mattresses were short and the services in general have decreased in quality with respect to previous years

Breakfast was good.
Size of the room was very small. Especially since we paid the same as our co-travelers and didn't get the large rooms that they were allotted.
