The staff were super amazing and everyone went out of their way to make the stay amazing and worthwhile. The food at the restaurant was great as well and everything we had was so delicious. The location is remote so not much to do but relax with the history of the place.
We had hiccups with no hot water initially and then next morning there was no water at all - till the staff sorted out issues. Also because of the weather - the ferry wasn't transporting 4 wheelers across and the hotel staff didn't provide that info. We had to drive long way around but Michael ensured that we didn't have any issues crossing.

The breakfast was adequate. Its a set menu that does not the sumptioness of a buffet, but given the small size of the hotel its perhaps more sensible. Service is fast. There are international and Indian choices available.
The room and bed lined were mouldy. The activities listed, while interesting, were expensive at 1700 per person + GST. Its a tiny place and some area to walk around in would be nice. We went to the crescent beach but were put off by the garbage and the number of men loitering around.
The rooms are expensive, and for the price could be larger. But given the hotel is in the fort, it would be hard.

Beautiful heritage property, large rooms with great views. It’s nice to seat out on the balcony and watch the ocean. Room is clean and well maintained. Staff is very polite and helpful
Mattress was too soft, my back was aching.
Not much to do around. Food at the restaurant is very expensive

The views are extraordinary and the rooms large and spacious we had “Friday suite” which included a huge terrace the experience is amazing for a bit of peace and quiet
Breakfast was excellent however one or two nights are enough as there is very limited facilities
The restaurant has a very limited menu and over priced
We ate elsewhere in the evening
