The staff were friendly and accommodating. The Ivy House is quirky and full of character
The food is exceptional, and is good value.
The only down side was the road noise. But to be honest after a while it’s a noise which you get used to

The bathroom was much too small. We did not use the shower because it was too small. In addition, the bathroom had a musty smell.
We could have had a larger room.

It’s a beautiful old building with incredible views. Nice breakfast and a great location for travelling into London without having to stay there
The shower wasn’t clean and the toilet seat and flush were broken. It was just a bit shabby and a lot of the staff were very unfriendly and miserable
