The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Kaden and Aleesha, they actually took our bags to our room. We had room 4 &5. Room 5 was big but both rooms were great, clean , good bed great shower. We also met the manager Wil, who could not do enough. He has a great very friendly team. Location was great and the bar facilities couldn’t ask for more . Didn’t have food but it looked nice. 5 star but only paying 3 star prices, great value. Will absolutely be back but I can see it will be hard to book as I think there is only about 7 rooms.

Nice location with much character as an old pub with interesting history.
No car park but the manager kindly allowed us to park off the road on the front due to our circumstances.
The TV did not work in our room as no signal.
I thought breakfast was included but unfortunately it wasn’t so it was a shock when I got the bill.

The location is perfect, in the centre of Peebles.
We stayed for 3 days and housekeeping didn't clean the room during our stay. We had to ask for the heating to be turned on.
