The room had a great layout, the beds were comfy and it was warm enough. Food was delicious.
It could just go with a little attention to cleaning things such as extractor fan in bathroom.

Didn't use the restaurant, but it looked nice. Bar was very nice with a good range of beers and great ambience (lively, as it was Saturday). Room was comfy with good facilities and Wi-Fi.
Didn't get replies to the messages I left through Booking.com. Car park was quite small/tight

Great location for trip up to Edinburgh. Staff really helpful . Room basic but clean and much better value than prices in central Edinburgh.

Proximity to Edinburgh.
Awkward car park. No obvious reception area. Bright Floodlight from premises opposite. Passing HGVs outside window. Room not level by quite some margin ( old building ) distinctly sloping. Glad I only had to stay one night.
